UCD9222连接仿真器时输出电压正确，烧写完毕断电再上电则没有输出？

在使用仿真器monitor看到两路输出电压都是1.0V，正确的，但是断电后再次首次上电有电压输出，再次断电上电后则没有输出了，从Fusion Digital Power Designer看到有提示：error  reading bank 0xFE on rail #1:PAGE read on UCD9222 @address 78d error: NACK

请问是神马问题呀？？？？搞不定
