请问有没有一款SOP8的PWM芯片。频率要求可调，比如更改RT电阻的阻值。

要求1 ：两路互补PWM输出带死区。最好死区可以更改。 如果不能更改死区时间也要在2us.

        2. 频率要在工作的时候可以连续可调，频率范围在10KHZ----30KHZ就可以。

       3.最该是SOP8 或者SOT-23封装越小越好、

      4.占空比方便的话最好也可以修改
