如题，对于过放的锂电池，或者说0V充电状态，数据手册上说的预充电过程是否能激活0V状态的锂电池？
另，满电状态的充电方式是否是涓流充电常用的脉冲电流？
对于内部带有过放保护的0V锂电池，BQ24004系列芯片的充电是否有效果？
对于过放（低于最低电压值）的电池，芯片以60mA的电流预充，对于0V的电池也可以。（不过要注意这时有个22.5min的timer，到时还没高过最低电压的话会报错）。
满充的时候芯片停止充电，电压跌倒Recharge电压以下再开始充电。
