两块BQ27542G1芯片烧录同一个量产文件，出现的现象不一下，一块是正常的，一块是有问题的，请问原因是什么？

这个温度用的芯片的内置温度传感器
我把芯片重新焊接了一下，温度显示正常了，但是Registers部分显示不正常了，这个也是焊接的问题吗
