您好：

      我这边需要 驱动 等效负载 小于10pF 电容， 2KV 幅值， 输出的信号上升延 小于等于 3ns ,脉宽10ns - 100ns 可调 。  不知道大家有没有好的实现方法。 初步我们想用TI  600V 到650V 的GAN 器件 多只串联来实完成，不知道有没有可能实现。
