在上电时就输入了41和21，请问是不是因为输入了21后导致不能写入数据呢？板子在上电时只输入41，就可以正常写入数据。怎么才可以恢复芯片能写入数据？
你电压一栏显示只有716mv.这个电压太低，应该是你硬件还有一些问题。

在同一块板上重新换一个芯片就好了。如果是硬件的话换新的芯片也可能写不进的吧。会不会是因为我在上电时就输入21，有关系呢？
输入21之后并不会导致参数写不进去。一般只要芯片没有seal并且电压满足flash写入条件即可。
