TPS76033 输入5V，输出3.3V，能否使用msp430 3.3V的IO输出控制使能端？TPS76301 输入5V，输出4.1V，能否使用msp430 3.3V的IO输出控制使能端？
建议增加一个小的三极管电路，使msp430发出高电平后，EN是被拉到VIN的。
