BQ76952: 请问为何BQ76952的I2C接口无应答

TI您好：

    我们在使用BQ76952的时候，之前使用I2C读取电压电流等状态都一切正常，某天突然无法读取，无论使用硬件或软件I2C都是如此；

I2C波形在发送0x10后返回NACK；量REG18引脚有1.8V，ALERT引脚为高电平，复位RST和TS2引脚都没用；

而且连换了3颗BQ76952以及MCU等外围元件都一样；请问是哪里出了问题？谢谢！
