在TI TPS61251datasheet有定义shutdown电流： Vin turned on when EN is connected to GND and no voltage is present at Vout, 此时shutdown电流最大是3.5uA.
但是在参数表下面有补充说明： When the power good threshold is triggered the first time a comparator is turned on to observe the output voltage increasing the shutdown current.
也就是说关机电流是有时序的，是否有谁测试过这个参数？
