不大，因为参考电压的电流需求一般非常小。
即便按照最大10mA的电流，热阻150℃/W, 常温25℃下工作, 芯片的温度Tj=25+(12-5)*10m*150=35.5℃
温升只是10.5℃，而实际应用中参考电流或可能少于1mA, 至更加的低，基本上不会造成什么发热。
