BQ4050: 充电到满电时，LED5还是闪烁？

利用BQ4050EVM-561板子，充电直到满电时，LED1-LED4都是常亮了，但LED5还是闪烁，而不是常亮，这是什么原因？

充满电时，【VCT】、[FC]、[TC]、[TAPER]四个标志位都=1了，但dashBoard看板上的电流计还有17mA电流。
