D1的选取主要在于需要反应时间极快的肖特基二极管，所以选择ST的 STPS2L40U 并没有问题，问题出在layout上，你可以参照：www.ti.com.cn/.../lm22675.pdf 第十三页，注意SW脚出来有很大一块面积的Pad, 这样layout的目的就是避免寄生电容产生而形成震荡，然后它分别与电感，续流二极管相连。
