TPS54160的datasheet中 7.2 注解（1）有对ESD的描述:
ESD静电放电测试是检测其芯片在装配过程中有可能会遇到的静电放电的灵敏度测试。
可以看到有两个模型数据 一个是HBM人体放电模型 一个是CDM带电器件放电模型
