I use resistors to divide the voltage of 15V and provide a voltage of about 11V to Vcin, but the voltage of Vcin is actually only about 7V, and Vcout's voltage is only about 3V, the chip has heat phenomenon, I want to ask why Vcin's voltage is less than 7V, is it this reason that Vcout cannot work, after removing this voltage provided to Vcin, Vcout is only left with about 3V, However, the TPS2373 is recognized by the PSE and is powered normally
