BQ25883: 電路檢查及無法充電問題

不好意思，前陣子使用貴公司的電源管理晶片BQ25883，我是使用18650兩節鋰電池做為BAT的輸入，USB type c做為Vbus的輸入，當我僅使用18650時VSYS有正常的輸出，且I2C功能正常，可是當我僅插入USB時VSYS就幾乎沒有輸出，嘗試照著BQ25883EVM的手冊進行充電的設定也無法成功透過USB進行充電，請問是發生甚麼問題?以下是我的電路原理圖，請問否為我的電路設計有誤?

您好，Can you please record an I2C sweep (with ADC enabled) when the behavior is happening? What is the STAT pin doing? Can you capture a waveform of the input voltage, SW voltage, SYS, and BAT when this is happening? Can you capture a waveform of REGN, TS, STAT, and PG when this is happening?

您好，请参考下面内容

As evident by the PG/ pin going high, REG0x01 0xDE indicating HIZ, and the seven consecutive failures shown on REGN and therefore TS, the device has entered HIZ for failing Poor Source Qualification. Please check the current capability and setup of the input source.

Maybe this has to do with CCx lines of Type C not being connected.

您好,USB C型端口需要通过CC1/2线路进行通信，以提供5V的输出电压。USB类型C不使用D+/D-进行通信。您需要添加一个通信芯片，主机可以使用该芯片打开USB Type C 5V输出。
