LP5523 BGA 封装, SVA 出的封装 0.8mm 中心间距，客户很难建立封装和走线，生产有很大问题
请问 Demo板的走线是怎么走的，是通孔还是埋盲孔，demo 资料里没有附。BGA 脚位太近，走线的问题太突出了，有没有好的建议，谢谢！
不一定要参考厂家的DEMO啊，国外的加工条件比国内好多了，国内不一加工的出来啊；
实在画不下，就画盲孔吧；
