这个参数的目的，我的理解是为了防止在采样电阻上采集到噪音信号导致过电流保护误操作而设计的，当检测到一个过流信号后，在不会造成破坏性影响的前提下，芯片会判断这个过流信号维持的时间是否达到设定的blanking time delay，从而只对真实的过流情况作出正确的反应，而对由于噪音或trace寄生电感引起的在sensor电阻上错误的尖峰毛刺电压滤除掉。
