TPS562200DDCT芯片调试中出的问题？

最新作的设计中用到TPS562200DDCT芯片，由于芯片刚出不久，现在不好申请样片，拿到的几个测试芯片都不行，但电路上有没有发现什么问题，向各位求教？？？？？

       芯片的mark  写得是 200（正面）       OAYC（背面），这个芯片对不对？是不是我买的芯片就是有问题的？
