我们正在测试BQ3050这款芯片，购买了TI一体的开发方案，采购了EV2300和一个测试版 Advanced bqMTester，根据数据手册及原理图，在电池连接正常地情况下，PACK+和PACK-输出应该是电池的串联电压，但我们测试的PACK+和PACK-之间输出电压为0，找不到原因，不知道是不是测试板bqMTester的问题，请帮忙解决
we have been using your products--BQ3050,there are some problems we can't solve,BQ3050 chips,according to schematic diagram and data sheets,which deserve to have a Voltage Output when the cells discharge,however we tested the circuit board that was bought in America at recent days,therein,The voltage out between PACK+ and PACK- is zero under the condition of the circuit ,other functions is formal
