这类DC/DC的输入输出都是直流转换。“DC”的意思就是直流。
但是输入可以是变化的电压，例如电池供电，电池电压是逐渐降低的。
如果输入是交流，要先整流成之类，转换出来的电压一定是直流。
输入输出都是直流电压。
