PG是需要外部上拉电压，电压范围是最大6V, 所以具体多大电压，取决于你上拉的电压源。
TPS628640BYCG的PG跟反逻辑，即输出电压正常时PG=0. 输出电压异常时PG=1，所以PG是需要下拉的。当输出电压异常，PG输出高电平时，不是靠上拉电阻来决定的，因为没有上拉电阻，所以想问下PG的高电平时多少电压？
你可以看下数据手册，典型应用中PG也是下拉的。
你提到的是Vset功能，这个芯片脚是双功能应用，如果你是要作为PG信号，就是需要上拉的。
