我参考6678的板子设计电路，ucd9222不能输出电压，而将频率从799k改为300k就可以正常输出。
奇怪的是，将300k存到ucd9222的FLASH里面，重新上电，依旧不能工作。
只有将频率从799k改到300k才能工作。
这是什么问题呢？
