用lm22676-5.0设计一个电源电路，现在问题是开机时lm22676启动不起来，初步分析是其输出电流不够，实际电路中22676的功率肯定是足够了，我把其他电路的供电断开一部分后就能正常开机，然后再把断开的电路连接上也能正常工作，求分析原因。附件为电路图
