您好！我想问问我用到了DC-DC芯片LM2841，现在电路是按照数据手册上的典型电路（输入+12V，输出+5V）接法，参数也基本是按照数据手册上的参数，现在输出端还是无电压输出。请问这个和启动电容的大小，电感的大小值有关系吗？这两个器件的参数会影响哪些问题。
