TPS3823是一个带有WDI功能的上电复位新芯片，参考示意图里显示WDI直接接了430的一个普通IO，我现在要用在达芬奇的一款芯片上。但是达芬奇启动有个时间问题，在这段时间内I/O是不受控制的，但是 TPS3823的timer是不是已经启动了，1.6s之后就会复位全局。是不是我的达芬奇芯片就永远起不来了？
将其闲置不接为高阻态，可以关断WDI。
