求助一款基准电压芯片，输出在4—5V之间就行，最大电流超过10mA，在恒温的条件下，输出电压的波动尽量小，最好能小于1mv。
亲；这就简单了，只要选的串联电阻合适；用TL431就可以。前级供电预稳压一下。

TI的高精度芯片REF5040,REF5045.REF5050都是可以的。
这类芯片的精度，你可以选择0.1%或者0.05%,
恒温下，芯片的输出都是不变的，nosie在10uV左右。
