bq500412没有PWM脉冲

用EVM弄了块板子，D7亮了，证明片子已经工作了。根据EVM上所述。

Turn on VIN, and observe that the green power LED, D3, illuminates. Status LEDs D7, D9 and D5 are OFF
until the power transfer starts.

板子电源无问题。mos管下了也没有PWM驱动。已确认焊接好。
