LP2992IM5-5.0没有输出

我使用LP2992IM5-5.0时，这是一款输入电压可调节，输出固定不变5V，但是我把输入电压从6V调到7.5V，输出电压可以输出5V，再把输入电压向上调节时，输出电压就变为0V，外围电路按照资料设置，但是调节外围电路的电容，也不能输出5V，而是0V,已经搞坏了两个芯片了,很是郁闷。请教高手解答，谢谢！！
