TPS65185异常 启动信号发送后INT和PWRGOOD引脚直接拉低 I2C不工作 发送数据不返回ACK 求解！急！

最近在调试TPS65185，上电后引脚输出还是正常，但是将WAKEUP和PWRUP致高之后，INT和PWRGOOD引脚就都变低了 ，而且感觉I2C没有工作，发送slave地址0X68 不返回ACK。 问题原因出在哪里？ 求帮忙解决啊

电路图是按照官方的TPS65185EVM画的，也检查了没发现什么问题，VIN送的是3.3V
