我需要20V-60V输入电压输出7.4V/20A的DCDC电源，这是我使用TI webench power designer得到的原理图。但是做出来的电源在60V输入时会出现输出电压不稳定的现象。
这是7.4V输出电压。
上面的波形是7.4V电压，下面的是SW处波形。
请问为什么出现这个现象？

Webench仿真出来的电路是没有问题的。
建议你按照datasheet参考layout的说明，仔细确认你的layout. 另外就是要确认功率电感饱和电流足够。
你好，这个波形是我在空载条件下测量出的，而且这个电源在50V电压下没有这个现象
