直流电压的智能测量

想做一个可以智能测直流电压的装置。量程0-220v.本打算利用电阻分压来做0-4v,4-40v,40v-220v这三档。可是遇到了问题：1模拟开关导通时存在电阻，关断时也有电阻；2模拟开关的输入电压一般比较低（如：TS5A12301E最大电压为6.5v)。

想请大家帮忙指导指导，当然了其他方法也可以给我讲解讲解呢。谢谢。
