TI芯片datasheet都是描述芯片功能，规格，应用信息的，主要集中在外围电路的搭配设计上。不会公布芯片内部的电路，以及晶体管的数目。
如果你希望按照这个数目来计算失效率的话，我们是没有这个信息的。
