亲；833的耐压有点太高了，24VDC有点不适合。如果输出功率不大，到也无所谓。如果功率比较大，建议换成IRF540N这类100V的MOS。
亲；这是比较老的方案了，TI有现成的功率易电源IC，建议看看。会简单很多。
