.pcb和.sch，Gerber文件的使用

我想设计个AC-DC的模块，从TI官网上看到了UCC28722芯片的设计资料。我想咨询的是：
1、从网站中下载的.pcb和.sch的文件用什么软件能够打开呢？
2、通过AD导入Gerber文件的时候，drl与元器件摆放有叠加，在导入Gerber文件的时候，我需要注意什么呢？
