1、当SMOOTH触发后，充电过程中RC上升的非常慢，放电过程中RC下降的非常慢，经过很长时间会改变变化速率，SMOOTH工作原理是什么？一开始平滑为何都是RC变化的非常慢，不管电池电压处于什么状态

2、此变化速率是否可以改变？或者说可以通过什么参数调制？
