TPS62130电源芯片不工作的问题

TPS62130芯片，输入12V，FB端接的电阻是73.2K和13.7K，其他电路完全按照datasheet中的参考电路连接。现在输出端的电压为60mv左右，FB端的电压为10mv左右。按道理芯片内部的参考电压是0.8V，FB端的电压小于0.8V，输出端应该会一直增大调整。是不是芯片可能坏了。
