Please share the .gg file and the GPCCHEM report.
It is most likely the gauge is the incorrect load select setting making the gauge think there is less current flowing, you can see at charge termination FCC drop significantly.
电池使用的是Samsung的INR18650-25R(2500mAh) CHEM ID:2068
4串电池包,最大充电电流2.5A,额定输出功率100W,充电器电压初定固定在17.3V,用于只有吸力马达(100W)和一个小功率水泵的吸尘器类产品(客户为全球知名品牌,日后订单量较大)。

It looks like the image and log file shared are two different datasets, so I'm not sure which one should be analyzed?
The FCC will update when there is a new discharge the gauge will use the max avg I from the last run to simulate current, so if this changes the next charge cycle will use an update value so it may cause FCC to jump, or it can be caused from the valid charge termination happening at a lower point causing the gauge to think the usable range is less.
