VBAT_OK_HYS 电压比OK_PROG 高。
当Vbat 电压逐渐降低，降到 OK_PROG的电压时，输出负载的供电源由Vbat 切换到Vstore.
当Vbat电压逐渐升高，升到 OK_HYS 的电压时，输出负载的供电源由Vstore 切换到Vbat.
