TPS53219A的DS标称输入电压范围为3V~28V,然后使用webanch设计工具，输入电压范围却被限制在了最大24V，而我实际使用芯片发现当输入大于24V确实会出现一些问题，请问这是怎么回事？

是Webench在先仿真参数设置错误， 正常应该是28V.
你可以用8~24V做仿真，但是实际28V输入也是没有问题的。 （直接套用这个电路来用，将webench上24V当作28V)
或者你按照datasheet 中的计算来确认芯片周边参数也是可以的，只是没有Webench仿真方便。
