BQ3060在校验电压时输出了错误的电压，本来应该是3871mV让我给写成3.871mV了，结果芯片保护了，不让我重新写入正确电压，求方法。

需要重新烧录默认的senc文件。
写错了肯定要重写，如芯片内有保护为一次写入的，只有换芯片了
