在充电测试过程中,CFETOFF关断波形如上,MOS端GATE并未立即关断,在高于电池电压4V的位置停留约80ms后才彻底关断。同时充电MOS的D极也有80ms的电压上升。

充电电流70A,充电电压28.6V,MOS耐压40V。

以上导致MOS管烧坏。
