我用BQ40Z50R1芯片,FUSE脚连接了三端保险丝,但在配置文件里我都有关闭永久失效功能,FUSE_EN,PTC均关闭了,如附件图片。
电池成品完成功能测试后放置仓库一段时间后,发现有保险丝烧断的情况,到客户那也有发现,5%的机率。软件还显示FUSE置位,显示FUSE触发,实际测量,FUSE脚确实一直保持高电平。所以烧断保险丝。请问还有哪里会引起烧保险丝问题呢?急!急! 谢谢

Can you explain further why the fuse operation is broken? The FUSE bit will set from either external secondary protector or the gauge, even if FUSE_EN = 0 the FUSE bit will still set from secondary protector. Also the PTC is populated on the schematic, PTC is a hardware protection and will still blow the fuse if conditions are met and FUSE_EN = 0.
