您好，If you do not use the LEDs or ALERT function, then the J2 and J5 jumper blocks are the only ones that need to be configured. You would set the shunts in the >5V positions on J5 and the 32V position on J2. You do connect BAT+ and BAT- to the battery and BAT+ and PACK- to the load or charger. The computer should recognize the EV2300 after you connect the USB cable. You could try power cycling the computer.
