请问一下,如果使用BQ76200单独作为NMOS的驱动,来对电池进行放电的开关使用,如果是用DSG_EN引脚外围接一个小开关,驱动DSG引脚驱动MOS,输入电压12-60V,那么请问DSG_EN的电流要限制到什么范围内?因为在使用的时候发现偶尔会烧毁MOS的情况,不知道是不是这个驱动引起的,还有在MOS的GS之间是否需要添加10MΩ的电阻,如果去掉会有什么影响?

我是想做一个小开关来驱动一个大的电流开关,小开关部分使用电阻分压来做,需要知道你们DSG_EN的电流是多少,我才能方便做多大的电阻,限制手册上只有电压,没有电流,那意思是电流多少都无所谓吗?比如我使用一个10V 100A的信号,可以吗?
您好,I do not believe this was characterized. As long as the voltage on the pin does not exceed the ABS max of 15-V, it should be okay.

What is the function of this circuit? Particularly C1. What is at CN1?
With this, I still would not expect much current to flow into the DSG_EN pin. If PACK is 60-V, there would be a ~50.9-V drop across R2 due to the D1 9.1-V Zener, which would correspond to about ~509-uA of current through this resistor. Approximately ~303-uA of this amount would be flowing through R5, which means there would be ~206-uA of current flowing through either D1 or R4.
There is a 1-MOhm pull-down (typical) on the enable pins (Mentioned in Section 6.5 Electrical Characteristics - INPUT ENABLE CONTROL SIGNALS of the datasheet). So I would expect that the DSG_EN would be sinking ~9.1-uA of current with this circuit. Which sounds okay to me. This would mean there would be ~197-uA of current through D1.
