使用BQ40Z80设计一款新的BMS板子时，是否可以通过MCU对BQ40Z80的DSG和CHG引脚进行配置让BQ40Z80的DSG和CHG引脚一直有输出。不管BQ40Z80内部的DSG和CHG寄存器是否发生的异常。即类似于BQ40Z80出现异常时，BQ40Z80内部有硬件电路确保DSG和CHG依然有电压输出，能驱动MOS进行充放电。
