LDO反馈电阻
NMOS的LDO输出的分压电阻为啥我选择1-5k的电阻，输出带载到0.5A会出现正弦波，但是我把电阻改成上百k时候就正常的？这是什么原因引起的，求各路大神解答

哪一款芯片？ 看起来芯片FB脚损坏。
一般LDO, FB电阻阻值在datasheet中都有推荐范围，建议参照。
自己通过NMOS,运放，参考电压基准搭建的LDO，不是买的LDO。
建议直接选用LDO, 电路简单易用成本也低。 如果是通过电路搭的LDO, 我这边也没有参考电路。
