如下图示电路应用，REF2033作为一个基准源，进行模拟采集调理电路基准抬升，在应用过程中输入5V（黄色波形）基本没有跌落动作，1.65V（蓝色波形）出现200uS跌落，不知道这个是什么原因，怎么解决？

用外部电压源验证一下，是否依旧有电压跌落的现象？
其次确认下是否是基准电压负载出现切换导致的？
最后就是来自GND的noise，也需要确认下。
