在与MCU通信时会出现BQ34Z100PWR-G1突然掉线的情况,然后又会再可以通信,然后又突然掉线,MCU使用的是硬件I2C,速度为100K;使用“Battery Management Studio读取时,也会出现这样的情况,有时读不到电压,有时读不到电流,有时读不到温度,有时都读不到;想问下出现这样的情况,有什么可以解决的思路吗?

2023-7-28.xlsx我重新截取了一段数据,并在表格中标记了一下,在标记中的2023-07-28 08:45:09.099,2023-07-28 08:45:09.952,2023-07-28 08:46:30.348,2023-07-28 08:51:20.709,2023-07-28 08:51:45.868,2023-07-28 09:12:47.883,2023-07-28 09:19:11.922,2023-07-28 09:26:20.059这些时间点钟,都出现了读不到数据或者数据丢失的情况,这些出现的时间点也反应在我们的MCU在使用I2C读取芯片数据时读取错误。
