During the production process of using BQ27426YZFR in our company's project, there was a problem of 4pcs of electricity meter communication failure. The previous functional station test was normal, but during the later test, there was an issue of electricity meter communication failure. When the problem occurred, other devices in the same I2C channel worked normally. Among them, 1 pcs was preliminarily determined through cross validation to follow the chip for adverse phenomena.
May I ask your company to help analyze whether this 1pcs chip is defective, as well as its location and cause. Thank you.
