We are using the TPSM365R6FRDNR variant to get +12V like below.
However, I am testing the output of TPSM365R6 power supply
and sometimes the output is +5V but the expected one should be +12V.
It seems that the output voltage is normal when the Input voltage is below 15V and not above it.
We add the Cff capacitor following the datasheet, it is more stable but each time it gets 15V input above, it fails and the output jumped down to 5V around.
